BeraBot provides tools for creators to configure and run live-stream features, including overlays, alerts, event actions, chat commands, points, TTS, goals, timers, and games. Available features may change over time and may vary by streaming platform.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account. Use accurate information, keep your email address current, and contact us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You are responsible for the profiles, overlays, messages, settings, and automation you create with BeraBot. Deleting a profile can permanently remove its related configuration and information. Please use that option carefully.

You may connect supported third-party platforms, such as TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, or Kick, to use BeraBot features. You must have the authority to connect the account and follow the applicable platform's terms, community guidelines, developer rules, and monetization policies.

BeraBot is an independent service and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by those platforms unless we explicitly say otherwise. A platform may change, restrict, or discontinue access to its services at any time, which can affect BeraBot features.

Do not use BeraBot to break the law, violate another person's rights, impersonate others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate the terms of any connected platform. Do not use BeraBot to send harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unwanted content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of chat commands, TTS, overlays, point systems, and game features is appropriate for your audience and complies with the rules of each platform where you stream.

We work to keep BeraBot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Live-stream services and third-party platform connections can fail, be delayed, or change without notice.

We may add, change, pause, or remove features when needed to operate, improve, secure, or comply with requirements affecting BeraBot.

We may suspend or terminate access to BeraBot when we reasonably believe these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law have been violated, or when necessary to protect the service, its users, or others.

You may stop using BeraBot at any time. For account deletion, email support@beralive.com from the email address associated with your account. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

BeraBot is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not make guarantees about the service's suitability, accuracy, availability, or results.

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, internet or device problems, unauthorized access outside our reasonable control, or your configuration and use of BeraBot features. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these Terms as BeraBot changes. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use BeraBot after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
